Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.

5.6 Own Funds: bd999 will only process withdrawals to a payment account registered in the same name as the bd999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.
6.1 bd999 may, at its sole discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, bd999's decision — made after review of available evidence — shall be final.
7.3 Manifest Errors: bd999 reserves the right to void bets that have been placed at odds that were offered as a result of an obvious error, technical fault, or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's account.
7.4 Suspended Markets: bd999 may suspend any betting market at any time without notice, including after bets have been placed but before an event concludes, if we have reason to believe that the integrity of the market may be compromised.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any bd999 intellectual property.
9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or otherwise exploit any bd999 content for commercial purposes without the prior express written consent of bd999.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses arising from: technical failures, delayed bet settlements, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays.
10.2 bd999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. bd999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
10.3 Nothing in this clause limits bd999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law.
